Septuagenarian Composer Labor Laws

Is it just me, or does John Williams deserve some time off?
Not that I'm complaining, I do enjoy a movie scored by him, I just feel bad for the guy. Luckily a lot of these were pieces from the movie score, otherwise I think Steven Spielberg should be ashamed of himself. Lucas too.
