The pious panoply of
Peace-less purgatory

Does poetry really have a purpose? (kidding!)

Either I'm unbelievably hip or I'm a hopeless geek. Yeah, um.

This was a quick one I did during a round of spontaneous poetry with a friend a few years back. We were walking the lake, and would pick different objects we saw and make the other person throw out a poem on demand.

I kinda liked this one, and seeing the picture of the stormy sky and cross peeking through the tops of the trees, I thought they went well together. I don't remember where I got the pic from, forgetful thief that I am.

'Walking the lake' sounds like a leap of faith to me.

Pretty pic- but looks like God is a bit pissed off.

He gets that way. Kind of wrathful, that God. Makes for fun poetry though.

By the way, since I'm verifying the word currently, could anyway tell me what a "itmfpeh" is?
